Human Facets has no “off the shelf” training programs, but has a library of workshops which can be customized to respect the client culture and fit the client’s current needs.

We have an international team of Global Inclusion & Diversity facilitators and the following workshops are an example of some of the topics, that can be customized:

  • Developing a Diversity Strategic Plan (for leaders, HR Professionals and Employee Resource Groups)
  • Launching an Employee Resource Group (for HR and Diversity professionals and members of newly formed Employee Resource groups)
  • The Diversity Imperative – why diversity matters to the bottom line
  • Multicultural Awareness workshop (addresses all aspects of difference, including race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, generational challenges and disabilities)
  • Gender in the workplace (dealing with gender dynamics between men and women at work)
  • Engaging White Women (a facilitated conversation between white women and women of color)
  • Removing the Glass Walls (designed to facilitate understanding of the obstacles that exist within and between groups)
  • Train the Trainer (designed to train people to become competent Diversity facilitators)
