The Inclusion Skills Measurement Test (ISM Test) has seven skills categories. It is a self assessment and 360 degree assessment tool designed to specifically focus on inclusion skills management. Each user will not only be able to conduct a self assessment, receiving a % grade and feedback, but they will also receive feedback from their selected peers on their perceived strengths, areas for improvement, blind spots and what the peer(s) would like them to stop, start and continue doing. Each category has 15 questions and the categories are:

• INTERACTING WITH DIFFERENCE
• VALUING DIFFERENCE
• EMBEDDING INCLUSION
• TEAM INCLUSIVITY
• MANAGING CONFLICT OVER DIFFERENCE
• INTEGRITY ON DIFFERENCE
