Inclusion Skills Measurement Profile: Motivate Your Employees to Grow

Developed by Dr. Helen Turnbull, the Inclusion Skills Measurement Profile (ISM Profile) is an online 360 degree assessment tool utilized in Human Facets’ Embedding Inclusion Program.

The ISM Profile has seven skills categories. Each user will not only be able to conduct a self assessment, receiving a percent grade and feedback, but they will also receive feedback from their selected peers on perceived strengths, areas for improvement, and what the peer(s) would like them to stop, start and continue doing.

Each category has 15 questions and the categories are:

  • Integrity On Difference
  • Valuing Difference
  • Interacting with Difference
  • Team Inclusivity
  • Managing Conflict Over Difference
  • Embedding Inclusion
